Welcome to our blog A lens on the Past. It has one simple goal. To share our fascination for old, interesting and abandoned buildings. In doing this we will aim to find out a bit about the communities, people and places associated with these often forgotten places.
As we live in Scotland, UK we will naturally focus on places in and around our home. We may from time to time blog about places we have been or people we have met along the way.
